Why it matters
Agents read llms.txt with a parser, not a person's eye. A file that doesn't follow the format is as good as missing.
How to pass
Start with one # heading, add a short summary, then group links under ## sections as Markdown list items.

Find llms-txt-formatting in the report. Add --md for a fix prompt you can paste into Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
