**Why it matters.** It's the index an AI reader looks for first: what you do and which pages matter. Without it, an agent guesses from your navigation.

**How to pass.** Publish a Markdown file at /llms.txt with your product name as the heading, one line on what you do, and links to your key pages.

Run it: `npx backwatch your-site.com --pillar readability` and find `llms-txt-exists` in the report.
