**What we look for.** Whether your homepage answers the agents that act for users and for search, such as ChatGPT-User and Claude-User.

**Why it matters.** If these agents are blocked, your site doesn't exist to the people asking about it.

**How to pass.** Allow these User-Agents in your firewall and bot rules; you can still block training crawlers.

Run it: `npx backwatch your-site.com --pillar readability` and find `agent-crawler-reachability` in the report.
