**What we look for.** Whether the registration and other sign-in endpoints your discovery documents advertise actually respond.

**Why it matters.** Stale metadata sends agents to endpoints that no longer exist, which is worse than no metadata.

**How to pass.** Remove endpoints you retired from your metadata, and check the rest after each release.

Run it: `npx backwatch your-site.com --pillar connectability` and find `agent-auth-endpoints-reachable` in the report.
